3. Permits & Code Compliance
- Done Right Air will obtain HVAC-related permits required for the work as agreed.
- The customer is responsible for obtaining additional permits, approvals, or inspections (including structural or electrical) unless specifically included in the contract.

- After 72 Hours: Issues raised later may be treated as new service requests and billed accordingly.
- Invoices: Payment obligations remain due regardless of post-service concerns.

- Labor beyond the initial one-year period is not covered unless an extended labor warranty is purchased.
- Manufacturer warranties are subject to manufacturer terms. Done Right Air is not responsible for manufacturer warranty claim denials or delays.
7. Structural Engineering Responsibility
- Structural Verification: For rooftop HVAC units (RTUs) or other heavy equipment, Done Right Air is responsible only for mechanical installation.
- Structural Engineer Required: Verification that the roof structure can support the equipment load is the responsibility of a licensed structural engineer engaged by the owner.
- Exclusion of Liability: Done Right Air does not provide structural engineering services and is not liable for damages, costs, or delays from insufficient roof capacity or failure to obtain approvals.
- Inspection Requirements: Customers acknowledge that inspectors may require a structural engineer’s stamped letter. All costs for such verification are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Unforeseen Conditions
- Done Right Air is not responsible for delays or costs caused by hidden conditions including asbestos, mold, unsafe wiring, structural deficiencies, or other hazards discovered during work.
- Additional work required due to such conditions will be billed as a change order.

- Worksite must be free of hazards and accessible at scheduled times.
